Delivery, fitting & returns

How the fitting works

1. Pick up to 5 pairs on the site and place an order, choosing a convenient day and time from the available slots.
2. We call you to confirm the order and the address.
3. At the chosen slot we bring the shoes to your home. Try everything on calmly — no rush.
4. Keep what fits. We take the rest back.

No prepayment: you pay nothing until the fitting, and nothing is blocked on your card.

Payment

You pay only after the fitting — for the pairs you decide to keep. We accept cash and cards (via the courier's terminal). A fiscal receipt is issued upon payment and duplicated to your e-mail.

Delivery cost

If you keep at least one pair, delivery and fitting are free. If nothing fits, you only pay the visit fee: 5.000 ֏. The amount is fixed and shown at checkout.

We deliver across Yerevan. Available days and times are shown at checkout; one slot — one fitting.

Reservation & availability

The pairs in your order are reserved for you the moment you place it. We carry only a few pairs of each model, so if every pair of your size is already reserved by other clients, you can still add the model marked as “booked” — if a pair frees up, we bring it; if it sells out first, we notify you by e-mail and during the confirmation call.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before the courier departs — by phone. Rescheduling the slot works the same way.

Returns & exchange after purchase

Unworn shoes in original condition, with tags and the receipt, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us: we collect the pair, inspect it and, depending on the result, refund or replace it within the terms set by law.

Privacy

We keep your name, phone, e-mail and address only to fulfil the order: confirmation, delivery and sending the receipt. We do not share your data with third parties or use it for mailings without your consent.
