How does the fitting work?⌄
Pick up to 5 pairs, place an order and choose a slot. We call to confirm and bring the shoes to your home. Try them on calmly and pay only for what you keep.
How much is delivery?⌄
Free if you keep at least one pair. If nothing fits, you only pay a fixed visit fee shown at checkout.
How do I pay?⌄
After the fitting: cash or card via terminal. No prepayment, nothing is blocked on your card.
What does “booked” mean?⌄
We only carry a few pairs of each model. If a pair is in someone's order, you can still add it — we'll bring it if it frees up before your fitting.
Can I return a purchase?⌄
Yes: 14 days for an unworn pair in original condition with the receipt. See the full terms.
